Frivatti Industrial Production Process

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes in the pork industry before it reaches your table? Let's explore the fundamental processes that ensure the quality and safety of the products you consume.

Sty: The Starting Point

The journey begins at the sty, where pigs arrive at the industry. Each batch is carefully identified for traceability and quality control. Here, the animals have time to rest and acclimate to the environment before moving on to the next stage.

Slaughter: A Responsible Process

After the rest period in the sty, the pigs are sent for slaughter. This is a crucial moment, where the animals are treated with respect and humanity. Skilled professionals carry out the process quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal stress for the animals. Slaughter is where the collection of pork offal such as rectum, bladder, stomach, feet, tongue, ears, and snout, among other products, occurs, which are mostly destined for export, there is virtually no waste when it comes to pigs, everything can be used.

Refrigeration: Preserving Freshness

After slaughter, the pork is sent for refrigeration. At this stage, it is essential to maintain the proper temperature to preserve the freshness and quality of the meat. Modern cold chambers ensure that the meat remains in optimal conditions until the next stage of the process.

Deboning: Precision Work

In deboning, specialized professionals perform exceptional work; here, each cut of meat is made in the best way to ensure that the product has all the desired characteristics. Each piece is treated with care and respect, ensuring the quality and consistency of the final products.

Freezing: Preserving Quality

After cutting and processing, the meat undergoes the freezing process, which allows preserving its quality and durability for a longer time. Frivatti has modern and intelligent facilities with freezing tunnels; the meat is cooled, preserving its texture, flavor, and nutritional value.

Shipping: Heading to Consumers

We've reached the final stage of the process: shipping. Here, pork products are carefully packaged and prepared for their journey. State-of-the-art equipment ensures that the products are stored and transported safely, maintaining their integrity and quality until they reach the shelves of markets and the tables of consumers.

Throughout all processes, we can't forget about product quality, can we? So quality control comes into action, analyzing and verifying each process in the slaughterhouse; they ensure a safe and excellent quality product.
