From September 16 to 20, Frivatti hosted SIPAT 2024 (Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week), an event aimed at raising awareness among employees about workplace safety. With a diverse and interactive program, the week featured activities such as games, quizzes, fun activities like fishing games, and musical parodies created by the employees themselves, in addition to support from healthcare professionals.
One of the key contributors was Maria Regiane, an occupational health and ergonomics specialist, who emphasized the importance of preventive practices in the workplace.
Additionally, a moving story captured the attention of all employees. Clodoaldo Godinho, a former volleyball player standing 6'4", shared his life experience. He gave up his dream of pursuing professional sports due to a lack of sponsorship and, without proper training, suffered a serious accident early in his career as a production assistant. After only 12 days on the job, Clodoaldo lost both of his hands in an accident. Two years after the incident, retired due to disability, he went through a process of adaptation, accepted his new reality, and successfully returned to the workforce, where he now shares his story of overcoming adversity and resilience.
SIPAT 2024 was not only an opportunity for learning but also for employee integration, as participants engaged in playful and educational activities throughout the week. The initiative reinforced Frivatti's commitment to the safety and well-being of its employees, promoting
awareness of the importance of accident prevention in the workplace.
