Ingredients: Creamy Pork Rice
1 lb (500 grams) pork tenderloin
1 onion
1 carrot
1 garlic clove
5 Roma tomatoes
2 cups of rice
1 cup of cream cheese spread
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
6 cups (1.5 liters) vegetable broth or water
Fresh parsley or cilantro, to taste
Olive oil, to taste

Instructions:
